This industrial-grade linear actuator shows cosmetic wear consistent with prior use: the ball screw exhibits surface rust and oxidation along its length, the end blocks and frame display grime buildup and surface wear, and the guideway carriage shows scuffing on the rail surfaces. The motor mount end block retains its embossed model designation and central bearing bore. Limit switch wiring and sensors are present and functional. No cover included.
