Freestanding pneumatic automation station designed for degassing epoxy in semiconductor substrate boat loading operations. Uses electric-over-pneumatic control valves and a vacuum chamber with cover raise/lower function.

Applications

This Hansford Automation Station 120 Degas Epoxy Boat Loader is being sold AS-IS for parts or repair only. The unit is not guaranteed to be functional and has not been tested at our facility. It is a complete system including the Uticor PMD 450 electronic controller, Festo electric-over-pneumatic control valves, Allen-Bradley 836T-T250J vacuum control unit, Fairchild Model 1600 vacuum regulator, pneumatic cylinders, pressure regulators, air filter traps, and an integrated power distribution panel. The machine shows typical industrial wear throughout — scuffing and soiling on the control panel face, staining and adhesive residue on the function key card, general grime on the pneumatic bay plumbing, and wear on the yellow Tooling Return button. The overall frame and aluminum motion table structure appear intact. Overall dimensions are 75 in. L x 36 in. W x 75 in. H.
