This General Instrument VideoCipher II VCRS 76590-1 commercial TV descrambler has been inspected and appears to be in good condition. It was pulled from a working environment where it was previously in use. The front panel shows some light surface wear and minor scuffing consistent with rack service; the MA/COM logo area on the upper left panel shows a small surface scratch visible in the photos. The rear terminal blocks, BNC connectors, and power switch all appear intact. The unit has been upgraded with the VCRS Commercial Kit A retrofit (P/N 76591-1) as noted on the bottom panel label.
