Description
Flex-Core VT-120A Voltage Transducer 0-150V DC 0-1mA AC Input Fixed Mount
The Flex-Core VT-120A is a DC voltage transducer that accepts an AC input signal and converts it to a proportional DC milliamp output for use in monitoring and control systems. Manufactured by Flexcore Division of Morlan & Associates, Inc. of Worthington, Ohio, this unit is designed for panel or surface mounting via the integrated fixed steel mounting plate. It provides a calibrated 0–1mA analog output corresponding to a 0–150V DC voltage range, making it suitable for integration with analog meters, SCADA systems, data acquisition inputs, and other instrumentation that accepts milliamp signals.

Applications
Voltage transducers like the VT-120A are used wherever a DC voltage measurement needs to be converted into a standard analog current signal for remote display, logging, or process control. They are common in electrical distribution panels, industrial power monitoring systems, and utility substation instrumentation, where panel-mounted analog meters or programmable logic controllers require a low-level current signal proportional to the measured voltage. The 0–1mA output format was widely used in legacy industrial instrumentation from the 1970s through the 1990s, particularly in systems built around analog signal loops before 4–20mA became the dominant standard. Flex-Core (a division of Morlan & Associates) was a well-regarded domestic U.S. manufacturer of current and voltage transducers for power monitoring applications. These units remain useful today for maintaining or expanding older analog monitoring panels, replacing failed transducers in legacy systems, and anywhere a straightforward voltage-to-milliamp conversion is needed without digital complexity.
This Flex-Core VT-120A voltage transducer has been inspected and appears to be in good condition. It was pulled from a working environment where it was previously in use. The green steel enclosure is clean with only minor surface wear consistent with normal service life. The terminal block, spade connectors, and mounting plate are all intact and undamaged. The data label on the side is fully legible. Please view our photo set and contact us if you have any questions. Please note: We have multiple units in stock — yours may not be the one shown in the photos, however, it will be similar in condition and function.
