The Electronic Packaging Associates (EPA) 300BB is a precision IC/Hybrid Lead Finisher designed for forming and finishing the leads of 100-pin flat pack integrated circuits and hybrid packages. It is constructed from blue anodized aluminum with stainless steel forming plates and a precision linear guide rail assembly.
