The Dolan-Jenner A3739P is a fiber optic ring light guide with an armored flexible cable and a circular ring-mount illuminator head designed for use with stereo microscopes and close-up inspection systems. Light from an external fiber optic illuminator travels through the flexible cable bundle and exits evenly around the ring, producing shadowless, annular illumination directly around the lens objective. This unit does not include a light source or power supply — a compatible fiber optic illuminator is required to use it.
