Custom Heat Sealing Machine w/ Omega CN4400 CN4401-TR-D-A Temperature Controller
This is a custom-built bench-top heat sealing machine paired with an Omega CN4400 digital temperature controller. The system consists of an aluminum sealing head assembly mounted on a black steel base plate and a separate controller enclosure housing the Omega CN4400 unit. A pneumatic actuator drives the upper jaw down onto the sealing element, and a brass solenoid valve controls the air supply. The controller provides precise PV/SV temperature readout in °F with adjustable setpoints via front-panel keypad.

Applications
