This is a custom-built heated pneumatic compression press integrating an Omega programmable temperature controller, a top-mounted pneumatic cylinder actuator, a spring-loaded platen assembly, and an Ashcroft 0–200 PSI pressure gauge. The press is wired for 230V AC three-phase power and is constructed on a welded aluminum and steel structural frame. The entire assembly is mounted on a custom white-painted steel work table with a plywood top, which is included. This is a one-of-a-kind custom system; it is being sold AS-IS and has not been tested.
