Description
Motor Driven Conveyor Laminator 23.75 in Belt Nip Roller Omron E5C2 Temp Ctrl
This is a custom-built motor-driven conveyor laminator system designed for laminating sheet materials through a motorized nip roller and conveyor belt assembly. The unit features a hinged lamination platen that raises to allow material loading, an orange rubber nip roller for applying uniform pressure, and a variable-speed DC motor drive system with forward and reverse capability. It is built into a sturdy yellow powder-coated steel enclosure and mounted on casters for easy repositioning.

Applications
Motor-driven conveyor laminators of this type are used to apply heat and pressure to sheet materials — bonding films, encapsulants, or adhesive layers to substrates in a continuous-feed process. The combination of a temperature-controlled heated platen and a motorized nip roller allows consistent lamination of flat panel assemblies. This type of system is commonly used in solar panel manufacturing for encapsulant lamination, as well as in graphics and sign production, printed circuit board dry-film lamination, and other industrial sheet-lamination processes. The variable-speed forward/reverse drive gives the operator direct control over feed rate and dwell time, making it adaptable to different material thicknesses and adhesive requirements. The Omron E5C2 temperature controller is a well-established industrial PID controller widely used in thermal process equipment.
This custom motor-driven conveyor laminator has been inspected and appears to be in good used condition. The unit was pulled from a working environment where it was previously in service. All visible controls, the Omron E5C2 temperature controller, motor controller panel, emergency stop, start pushbutton, circuit breaker, and drive mechanism appear intact with no obvious physical damage. The yellow enclosure shows minor scuffs and wear consistent with normal use. Please view our photo set and contact us if you have any questions.
