This is a custom-built, floor-standing pneumatic blind rivet station housed in a dark green steel cabinet on an aluminum extrusion base frame. The station integrates a complete set of pneumatic and high-pressure components to drive blind riveting operations in an industrial assembly environment. The upper rivet head assembly mounts four SMC NVM12 pneumatic solenoid valves inside a clear acrylic protective enclosure, with a red emergency stop mushroom button at the top. Internal cabinet plumbing connects the upper head to an air-driven intensifier pump and a network of high-pressure Spir Star hoses. A locking storage drawer is built into the base of the cabinet.

Applications
