Visually, the platform shows heavy surface rust and oxidation across the entire diamond-plate steel deck, with additional rust and paint loss on the frame and corners. The indicator post/column and crossbar are present, with a cable and connector still attached. Caster wheels and leveling bolts are intact at each corner. The overall cosmetic condition is poor due to rust, though the steel structure appears intact.
