Freestanding polypropylene cabinet designed for chemical storage, dispensing, and pumping in semiconductor wafer processing. Operates on 120 VAC, 5A, 50/60 Hz single/three-phase power.

This Bettcher Process Services polypropylene chemical dispensing cabinet is in used condition, pulled from a semiconductor research and development facility where it was previously in active service. The cabinet was removed when the facility changed process formats and was no longer needed. No bench testing has been performed at our facility; the unit is sold as inspected. Cosmetically it presents well — the white polypropylene cabinet body is clean with only minor surface wear consistent with lab use. The control panel (labeled FEB01) and its indicator lights, pump dispense switches, and wiring appear intact. All sub-components are present as listed: six Omron E2K-C25ME1 capacitive sensors, one Omron G72C-ID16 remote terminal, one Omron G72C-OD16 remote terminal, three Trebor Model 110 pumps, and one Wilden WIL-GARD I diaphragm monitor (PN 65-8000-99). The GAP ETCH chemical tank and floor rail accessories are included as shown. Due to size and weight (approximately 185 lbs), this item requires freight shipping.
