Description
Andover Controls Infinity EMX150 Expansion Module 24VDC SCX LCX TCX BAS HVAC
The Andover Controls Infinity EMX150 is a two-output analog expansion module designed for use with Andover Controls Infinity building automation system (BAS) controllers. It extends the output capacity of SCX, LCX, and TCX controller units, providing two independently controllable 0–20V DC analog outputs for HVAC equipment control applications such as damper actuators, variable-speed drives, and valve positioners.

Applications
The Andover Controls Infinity BAS platform is a commercial and industrial building automation system used widely in HVAC, lighting, and energy management applications. The EMX150 expansion module plugs into Infinity SCX, LCX, or TCX controllers to add analog output points, allowing the controller to drive additional field devices such as actuators, modulating valves, and variable-frequency drives. This type of expansion module is commonly used in large commercial buildings, campuses, hospitals, and industrial facilities running Andover Controls (later acquired by Schneider Electric) BAS infrastructure. The Infinity product line dates from the late 1990s through the 2000s and remains in active service at many sites that have not yet migrated to newer platforms, making spare and replacement modules like the EMX150 an ongoing need for facility engineers and BAS technicians supporting legacy Andover installations.
This Andover Controls Infinity EMX150 BAS expansion module has been inspected and appears to be in good used condition. It has not been powered up or tested at our facility, but was pulled from a working building automation environment where it was previously in service. The housing shows light handling wear typical of used equipment. The screw terminal block, pin header connector, and front-panel controls all appear intact and undamaged.
