Applications

XRF systems measure coating thickness and composition in inline production environments. This unit is compatible with solar cell production (CIS, CIGS, CdTe), fuel cell and corrosion protection applications, and measurement of magnetic layers, contact layers, and alloy layers. Typical uses include quality control of thin-film coatings and barrier layer verification during manufacturing.

Condition: Used
This Amtec XRF 940V X-Ray Fluorescence Inline Coating Measuring System has been inspected and appears to be in good physical condition. The main cabinet exterior is clean with minimal wear, and the internal electronics and wiring are intact. The separate water-cooled measuring head enclosure is present and shows light surface marks consistent with prior industrial use. The measuring head cable and conduit assembly is included. An original Amtec Analysenmesstechnik GmbH operating manual for the XRF 940V is also included. This system has not been powered or tested at our facility due to the specialized nature of the equipment; it is being sold as-inspected.
