The American Liquid Light MAC II/PAL is a proprietary ISA bus controller card manufactured by American Liquid Light, Inc., a U.S. maker of specialized lighting and motion control systems. Bearing part number 10001 Rev C and assembly revision SL89091054, this card interfaces a host PC's ISA bus to external devices via two DB-9 (DE-9) connectors on the rear bracket. The "PAL" designation references the card's use of Programmable Array Logic devices for its control logic, which was a common approach in late-1980s custom controller hardware.

The PCB is clean with no visible cracked traces, burnt components, or broken solder joints. The two DB-9 bracket connectors are intact, and the 96-pin ISA bus edge connector shows normal contact wear consistent with prior installation. Several DIP ICs show the orange socket coloring typical of the era; all appear seated. This card was pulled from a working environment where it had been previously in service.
