This is an New Old Stock panel from storage at Xunlight's warehouse in the USA. These are brand new flexible, roll-able solar panels were made in Ohio USA at the Xunlight factory before they closed in 2016. They are unique because they have no peel and stick adhesive attached to the back of the panel. These panels have cosmetic issues and were seconds, however, they are in good condition and are excellent for use as portable battery chargers for RV, Trailers, Boats and Vans.
