The Xtreme Power Conversion V80-1500 is a 1500VA / 900W line interactive uninterruptible power supply with pure sine wave output and automatic voltage regulation (AVR). It mounts in a standard 2U rack space and is designed to protect connected equipment from power interruptions, sags, surges, and line noise. The V80 series uses a line interactive topology, meaning AVR actively corrects incoming voltage without switching to battery, extending battery life and providing cleaner power delivery.

Applications
Line interactive UPS units like the V80-1500 are standard equipment in server rooms, network closets, and small data centers, where they protect servers, network switches, storage arrays, and workstations from brownouts, spikes, and outages. The pure sine wave output makes the V80-1500 compatible with active PFC power supplies found in most modern servers and enterprise networking gear — a requirement that simulated or stepped sine wave units cannot meet. AVR is particularly useful in environments with unstable utility power, as it corrects voltage sags and swells without battery drain. The 2U rackmount form factor fits standard 19-inch equipment racks. At 1500VA / 900W, this class of UPS is well suited to protecting a small server, NAS enclosure, or a rack of network switches during short outages or while systems are shut down gracefully. This unit was manufactured in late 2020.
This Xtreme Power Conversion V80-1500 Line Interactive UPS has been powered and tested at our facility and is in working order. The unit was plugged in, confirmed to power on, and output from the rear outlets was verified as successful. Two known issues: the UPS emits a constant beep that does not stop even when the Mute button is pressed, and the rear cooling fan does not appear to be functioning. The internal batteries have been removed prior to reaching our facility and are not included — the unit will require (2) 12V 9AH batteries for battery backup operation. Power input cable is included as shown in the photos. The exterior shows normal used wear consistent with a rack-mounted unit. Please view our photo set and contact us if you have any questions.
