This is a floor-standing industrial hydraulic press with a 16-inch stroke and a 2.5-inch diameter cylinder rod, powered by a 208–220 VAC hydraulic pump motor. The press is mounted on a wheeled steel base cabinet that houses the hydraulic pump, fluid reservoir, and hose assembly. Press and retract speed are controlled by a Parker flow control valve. A Marsh-brand pressure gauge rated to 3000 PSI / 21,000 kPa is mounted on the frame. The control panel features a rotary selector switch (DOWN / AUTO / UP / OFF positions) and a red emergency stop button.

Applications

This White Hydraulic Press has been tested and confirmed working at our facility. There are two known issues to be aware of: the stroke pressure gauge is no longer functioning and will likely need to be replaced, and the AUTO mode does not work in the current configuration — only the DOWN, UP, and OFF modes operate normally. The frame, column, and base cabinet show typical industrial wear including paint chipping and surface rust on the lower platen and cylinder rod tip visible in the photos.
