This Volpi Intralux 6000 fiber optic microscope light source is in used condition with a known cosmetic and functional issue. The lamp cover (the top housing piece over the lamp compartment) is missing, leaving the lamp bay open as seen in the photos. The lamp is present and illuminates, and the output control knob is functional — however, the knob does not rotate fully to the OFF position, so the light cannot be shut off via the knob alone; the unit must be powered down using the front power switch. The chassis shows general use wear including scuffing and surface marks consistent with lab service. Two fiber optic output ports are visible on the top.
