The Turbolink ATX-250 is a 250-watt ATX form-factor desktop computer power supply, manufactured to the ATX 2.03 standard. It features a 20-pin ATX main connector and a rear-mounted hard power switch, and is dual-voltage capable — accepting 115VAC at 60Hz or 230VAC at 50Hz for use in either North American or international desktop systems. The secondary model designation is CWT-250ATX (also labeled C1245-1 Rev B on the unit).

Applications
ATX power supplies of this type were the standard power source for desktop PCs built from the mid-1990s through the mid-2000s, powering motherboards, hard drives, optical drives, and add-in cards from a single regulated multi-rail unit. The ATX 2.03 standard was widely used during the Pentium II, Pentium III, and early Pentium 4 era, and the 20-pin main connector is compatible with motherboards from that generation as well as many later boards that include a 20+4 pin socket. This unit is suited for restoring or maintaining period-correct desktop systems, as a replacement for failed PSUs in vintage builds, or as a bench power source for testing ATX-era components. The dual-voltage input makes it usable in both 120V and 240V mains environments.

The housing shows typical light wear consistent with prior use, and the attached Molex and drive cables are intact. The rear power switch and IEC AC inlet are present and undamaged.
