TMC NAF2000 NAR2000 Micro-g Air Filter Regulator Vibration Isolation Pod w/ SMC

This is the pneumatic air supply and regulation assembly for a TMC Micro-g vibration isolation table system. The unit combines an SMC NAF2000 air filter (150 PSI max), an SMC NAR2000 air regulator (set pressure range 7–120 PSI), and a TMC-branded Micro-g Gimbal Piston Isolator pressure gauge (0–100 PSI / 0–700 kPa), all mounted on a black bracket. A sealed hardware bag with leveling adjustment rods, a brass fitting, and fasteners is also included.

Applications

TMC (Technical Manufacturing Corporation) Micro-g vibration isolation tables are pneumatic active and passive isolation systems widely used in precision laboratory, optical, semiconductor, and metrology environments — anywhere mechanical vibration from floors, HVAC, or nearby equipment must be decoupled from sensitive instruments such as interferometers, scanning electron microscopes, atomic force microscopes, and laser systems. This pneumatic pod assembly supplies and regulates the compressed air that pressurizes the Micro-g Gimbal Piston air isolator mounts beneath the table surface, allowing the table to float on an air cushion that absorbs incoming vibration. The SMC NAF2000 filters particulates and moisture from the shop-air supply, protecting the isolator pistons, while the NAR2000 regulator sets and holds the correct operating pressure. The included leveling hardware is used to make fine height and tilt adjustments to the table surface. These assemblies are standard accessories on TMC Micro-g benchtop and floor-standing isolation tables and are also sold as replacement or spare units for existing installations.

This TMC Micro-g NAF2000 NAR2000 vibration isolation pod assembly has been inspected and appears to be in good used condition. It was pulled from a working environment where it was previously in use. The SMC NAF2000 air filter and NAR2000 regulator bodies show normal handling wear; the TMC pressure gauge face and both SMC labels are clean and fully legible.
