This Thermotron SM-16-SL Environmental Test Chamber is being offered as-is for parts or refurbishment. We are unable to power or test this unit at our facility, and it is therefore sold without any guarantee of functionality. Per the original labeling, the chamber was previously reconditioned by Environment Associates Inc. (Chatsworth, CA) and carries a Dewildt Environmental Inc. calibration sticker, suggesting it was actively maintained during its service life. Visible during inspection: the door key/reset switch is broken and missing its handle (see photo), the lower control access panel is removed and electrical wiring is exposed, and the interior stainless steel chamber walls appear intact with no visible deformation. The refrigeration compressor is present in the lower compartment. The Watlow F4 digital controller is mounted on the exterior panel. The exterior blue painted cabinet shows typical wear consistent with industrial service use. This unit is best suited for buyers seeking a source of parts, or for those with the technical capability to assess and refurbish it.
