Refrigerant recycling centers were standard in automotive service shops for recovering and reusing R-12 refrigerant from vehicle air conditioning systems. This unit handles both R-12 (CFC-12) and R-500 refrigerants, supporting recovery operations on older domestic and imported automotive AC systems. Historically used in service facilities, dealerships, and independent repair shops for compliance with EPA refrigerant handling regulations.

Condition: For Parts or Not Working
This Sun Electric MRC 400 Mobile Freon Recycling Center has been visually inspected and appears to be in reasonable cosmetic condition for its age. The unit shows typical wear consistent with shop use — the exterior cabinet has scuffing and paint wear, front panel label overlays show peeling and edge wear, and the service hose connections show oxidation and corrosion typical of an older refrigerant machine. The top storage tray contains an assortment of fittings and small parts. The power cord shows taped repair near one end. Because this is an older machine, it is being sold strictly as-is with no functionality guarantee and has not been tested or verified operational at our facility.
