Square D FAL34050 Thermal Magnetic Circuit Breaker 50A 3-Pole 480V FAL Series
The Square D FAL34050 is a 50-amp, 3-pole thermal magnetic molded case circuit breaker (MCCB) from Square D's FAL series. Thermal magnetic circuit breakers use a bimetallic strip to trip on sustained overloads and an electromagnetic mechanism for fast response to high-level short-circuit faults, providing dual-mode overcurrent protection in a compact molded case. This unit is rated for 480V AC / 250V DC service and carries UL, CSA, and NEMA listings as well as IEC 157-1 Square D certification for international applications.
