Signet 3-5100 Flow Meter P525-1 PSR Post Strip Rinse Washing Tank SS Hazloc
Stainless steel post strip rinse wash tank equipped with Signet 3-5100 flow monitor and P525-1 Metalex flow sensor. Used in PCB and semiconductor wet processing applications to rinse and heat process fluids with integrated flow measurement and level control.

Applications
This tank type is used in semiconductor and PCB manufacturing for post-etch or post-strip rinse operations. Compatible with Signet 5100, 5500, 5600, 8512, 8540, and 9010 control systems. Typical installation in industrial wet processing lines where temperature-controlled rinsing and flow monitoring are required.

This Signet P525-1 / 3-5100 Post Strip Rinse (PSR) stainless steel wash tank has been inspected and is in good used condition. It was pulled from a working environment where it was in active service. The stainless steel tank exterior shows surface scuffing and residue typical of chemical processing use. The interior tank shows some staining and residue on the walls and around the internal heating coil elements, consistent with prior chemical use — visible in our photos. The GF+ Signet 3-5100 flow totalizer display is intact and the sensor plumbing appears complete. NFPA hazard labels for both the ST-22 and PSR chemical designations are present on the lid.
