The Scherr-Tumico 62-6387-00 is a precision dial dynamometer designed to measure small tensile forces in the 5-50 gram range. It features a 1.5-inch diameter analog dial face with a dual-scale layout reading in grams, a red sweep pointer for easy reading, and a flat probe stylus with a small hook tip for attaching to threads, wires, or other fine elements. The instrument is manufactured in France and carries Scherr-Tumico's characteristic crackle-finish gray metal housing.
