Pneumatic robot arm designed for automated sprue and runner removal from injection molds. Built by Sailor (The Sailor Pen Co., Ltd., Tokyo) in 1999, this unit was pulled from a working plastic injection molding operation.

Applications

The pneumatic gripper and digital control system allow for programmable cycle times and grip pressure adjustment across different mold cavities and part geometries.

Condition: Used
This Sailor OE-2413 injection molder robot arm was pulled from a working plastic injection molder and appears to be in good used condition. The white painted housing shows light surface wear consistent with production use, and the arm structure and control enclosure look intact with no visible cracks or damage. The pneumatic sprue gripper head with suction cups and the SMC pressure components appear complete. The wiring harness with SWING and HORIZ labeled connectors is included.
