The blue polymer housing shows surface scuffs and scratches consistent with normal shop use. The steel mounting bracket has light surface marks. The 16-tooth idler sprocket is coated with heavy grease and old lubricant from service — functional and intact, but would benefit from cleaning. The rubber pivot element at the base appears intact with no visible cracking or deterioration. The angle adjustment indicator label is present and legible.
