The Rosback 880 is a floor-standing hot-melt adhesive perfect binder designed for commercial and in-plant bindery operations. It applies heated EVA adhesive to book spines, producing professionally bound books in a continuous or semi-automatic process. The 880 includes an infeed cutter to trim the spine before gluing, a heated glue pot with roller application system, and a nipper assembly to press the cover onto the spine. This unit has been powered up and tested by our technician, who heated the glue pot to operating temperature and confirmed the machine responds correctly to all manual controls.
