Applications
ATX power supplies in the 250W class were the standard internal power source for desktop PCs from the mid-1990s through the mid-2000s, powering systems built around processors like the Intel Pentium II, Pentium III, Celeron, and early Athlon platforms. A 250W unit is well-suited to lower-power desktop builds — single-drive systems, thin clients, point-of-sale terminals, and industrial PC enclosures that draw modest total wattage. The dual-voltage input (115V/230V) makes this supply useful as a replacement or spare in both domestic and international equipment. Today these units are most commonly sought as direct replacements in legacy proprietary desktop cases where the physical ATX form factor fits but higher-wattage modern supplies would be overkill, or in hobbyist retro-computing builds where period-correct hardware is preferred.
This Real Power 250P ATX 250W desktop PC power supply has been bench-tested at our facility and is in good working condition. The unit powers up normally and all output rails are functional. The chassis shows light surface wear consistent with prior use. All attached Molex cables are present and intact. Please view our photo set and contact us if you have any questions.
