The QMED Monitor One nDx is a clinical Heart Rate Variability (HRV) monitor designed to screen diabetic patients for cardiac autonomic neuropathy and cardiovascular risk. The device measures HRV using three testing protocols accepted by the American Diabetes Association: Paced Breathing (R-R Variation), Posture, and Valsalva. Within minutes of testing, the Monitor One nDx generates a fully interpreted report indicating whether the patient is at elevated risk for cardiac complications — providing an objective, early indicator that does not rely on the patient experiencing or reporting symptoms.

The Monitor One nDx was developed for use in clinical practices treating diabetic patients. This QMED Monitor One nDx Heart Rate Variability Monitor is in used condition. It has not been powered up or tested at our facility, but it was pulled from a working medical environment where it was previously in use. The unit is shown in its original hard plastic carry case along with two power adapters, cables, electrodes, and a box of Clinipad alcohol pads — all visible in the photos.
