This is a Pyrex No. 3024 glass graduated cylinder with a 1000 ml capacity, calibrated TD 20°C (To Deliver at 20 degrees Celsius), and manufactured in the USA. It features a tall cylindrical body with graduation markings and a wide hexagonal base. The cylinder has a crack on the base that has been repaired with adhesive glue. It is being sold as-is and is not suitable for active liquid measurement or chemical use.
