The instrument shows normal age-related wear consistent with light use — the case exterior has some surface scuffing and the dial face shows minor age marks, but the pointer and scale are clear and legible. The unit comes complete with its original black carrying case, steel calibration plate, and the original PTC Instruments Data Bulletin No. HD-4, along with a small PTC data reference card.
