This Pollogen Legend+ TriPollar RF Skin Tightening System (MPN PLU01712272, manufactured November 2017) powers on and boots to a Windows Embedded CE 6.0 shell, but does not load the Lumenis application software. As a result, the RF treatment functions of the unit cannot be accessed or tested, and it is being sold as-is for parts or repair. The Lumenis program is not accessible from the Windows CE desktop, though files and system menus can be navigated from that shell. Physically, the unit shows cosmetic wear consistent with prior clinical use: two areas of cracked plastic housing are visible at the upper and lower left corners near the blue handle mounts. The console body and touch screen panel are otherwise intact. The four multi-pin applicator ports and bio-feedback port on the top panel appear present. No applicator handpieces or accessories are included — console only.
