The VWI161/10 is a modular card-cage controller from Philips' Vidiwall system — a large-venue, multi-screen video display platform designed to drive arrays of rear-projection video cubes in configurations up to 4x4 (16 screens). Both units were manufactured in Holland and carry a 130W, 120V 60Hz rating per the labels. They power up and complete their system board self-tests, with the LED reading "High Resolution Vidiwall" at startup, but have not been tested beyond that.
