This is a Panasonic proprietary CD-ROM interface card for ISA-bus PCs. It connects Panasonic/Matsushita CD-ROM drives to a PC via a dedicated card-edge header and provides a 3.5mm audio out line port on the bracket for analog audio output from the drive. The board carries several logic ICs and a proprietary 40-pin-style header interface for the Panasonic drive.
