Depue printers were widely used in production film labs throughout the mid-20th century for duplicate printing and answer print work.
This Oscar F. Carlson Depue Automatic Light Control Machine has been inspected and appears to be in good used condition for its age. The nameplate is intact and legible. The tall black cabinet shows surface wear, scratches, and grime consistent with decades of film lab use. The iron wheeled stand shows rust and patina throughout. The numbered aluminum exposure timing tabs are present and visible across the full board. A control box with dial and ventilation ports is mounted at the base of the rear column; wiring is present.
