Omron EE-SPY402 Slot-Type Photomicrosensor Vertical NPN 5mm Cable EE-1003
The Omron EE-SPY402 is a slot-type photomicrosensor with a vertical mounting orientation and an integrated cable assembly. It uses an infrared emitter/detector pair positioned across a narrow slot to detect the presence or passage of an object interrupting the beam — outputting a signal via its NPN open-collector transistor output when light is received (Light-ON mode). The sensor mounts via its flanged body and connects to control systems through the attached cable, which terminates in bare wire leads for direct wiring or splicing.

This Omron EE-SPY402 slot-type photomicrosensor was pulled from a large working setup and has not been powered or tested at our facility. The cable leads terminate in bare wires (blue, brown, and black leads visible in photos), with a spade terminal and EE-1003 connector plug at the sensor end.
