Applications
The NEC Electra Elite IPK II is a digital key telephone system designed for small to mid-size business environments, typically supporting dozens of digital desk phones, analog extensions, and trunk lines within a single office or multi-department setting. The B64-U30 KSU is the core cabinet of the IPK II platform — it provides the processor, system bus, and card cage for the line interface, station, and voicemail expansion cards that define the system's capacity. The Electra Elite IPK and IPK II series were widely deployed throughout the 2000s in offices, hotels, medical offices, and retail environments, and the platform remains in active use at many installed sites that continue to maintain and expand their existing NEC systems. Replacement KSUs, cards, and expansion units are regularly sought by NEC-certified telephony technicians and businesses maintaining or rebuilding an existing IPK II installation.
This NEC B64-U30 Electra Elite IPK II KSU PBX Phone System powers on and the power LED lights up, but we were not able to test it further beyond that. The side cover is missing, as visible in the photos. All five cards (NSA-173593-001, NSA-173304 x2, NSA-173295, and FMS(4)-U10 ETU) are installed in the chassis. The unit shows normal cosmetic wear consistent with prior office use. Please view our photo set and contact us if you have any questions.
