Applications
PS/2 rollerball mice connect directly to PS/2 mouse ports found on IBM PC-compatible systems and older workstations. These devices were standard input peripherals for desktop computers from the 1980s through early 2000s. Rollerball tracking required periodic cleaning of internal rollers to maintain responsiveness. The housing shows light surface scuffing consistent with normal use, most visible on the right side near the button seam. The grey PS/2 cable is intact with no visible cuts or fraying, and the 6-pin mini-DIN connector is in good shape. The bottom label is fully legible, showing part number 37966, FCC ID C3KAMP1, and the 5V 20mA rating. This unit was not bench-tested at our facility but was pulled from a working environment.
