HDPE chemical mixing station designed for electroplating processes. Equipped with dual pumps, immersion heater, flow meter, and integrated Process Technology control enclosure.

Applications

Condition: Used
This MetPro Sethco ZDX HDPE electroplating mixing station has been inspected and appears to be in good used condition. The white HDPE tank enclosure is clean overall with no visible cracks or damage. One of the two process bath openings shows orange chemical residue/staining on the bottom surface, which is typical for plating equipment that has been in active service. The control enclosure, pump assemblies, immersion heaters, flow meters, and PVC plumbing all appear intact and complete. The unit was pulled from a working process environment.
