This MDC stainless steel vacuum flange features a 6-inch outer diameter, 4.5-inch inner diameter, and an integrated 1/4-inch tube fill port for introducing or evacuating process gases. The flange has a machined copper gasket seating groove on its mating face, indicating it mates to a conflat-style or copper-gasketed vacuum interface. It was pulled from a working vacuum chamber used for physical vapor deposition (PVD) sputtering operations.

The mating face shows a copper gasket seat ring with light discoloration consistent with vacuum service use. The flange body and bolt-hole ring have surface oxidation and light soiling typical of equipment pulled from a process chamber environment.
