Applications
This transformer was used in 13.56 MHz RF plasma systems for semiconductor processing and etch applications. Commonly found in plasma etch tools and integrated with RF Power Products (RFPP) generator systems. This Magnetran 99-00250-00 three-phase RF transformer has been inspected and appears to be in good condition. It was pulled from a working environment where it was previously in active use. Externally, the unit shows typical signs of prior service use — the resin-wrapped coil assemblies are intact with no visible damage, the copper terminal bus bars show moderate oxidation consistent with age and use, and the ring-terminal wiring harness is intact. The mounting base frame is solid. The tap voltage labels (240, 208, -10, 0, +10) on the terminal bus are legible. Date of manufacture per the RFPP nameplate label is April 1996.
