Applications

PTFE tubing of this type is a standard internal fluid-routing component in continuous inkjet (CIJ) printers such as the Linx 6200, used for product coding and date/batch marking in food and beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and general manufacturing environments. CIJ printers recirculate ink continuously through a closed loop of tubing, and PTFE is the material of choice for these ink lines because it resists swelling and degradation from aggressive ketone-, alcohol-, and solvent-based inks. Color-coded tubing (blue in this case) helps service technicians quickly identify individual ink or make-up fluid lines during maintenance, troubleshooting, and refurbishment. This tube is a direct OEM replacement for Linx 6200 systems and is the correct part for routine printer servicing or rebuild work.
