The Linksys WRT54GS is a Wireless-G Broadband Router featuring Linksys's SpeedBoost technology, which uses MIMO-style antenna techniques to push wireless throughput beyond the standard 54 Mbps 802.11g ceiling — up to 108 Mbps under ideal conditions — on compatible SpeedBoost client adapters. It combines a wireless access point with a built-in 4-port 10/100 Fast Ethernet switch and a dedicated WAN port for connecting a cable or DSL modem. This unit is version 2.1.

This Linksys WRT54GS Wireless-G Broadband Router (v2.1) has not been powered up or tested at our facility, but it was pulled from a working environment where it was previously in use. The unit shows normal cosmetic wear consistent with prior deployment — the blue and black housing is intact and the two detachable antennas are present and attached.
