This Lexel Model 95-5 Argon Ion Laser with Model 295 Power Supply is being sold AS-IS for parts or repair. When we powered it on, it blew a fuse, and we were not able to test it beyond that point. The cause of the fault has not been diagnosed. The unit may contain many usable components — including the laser tube (Lexel 5085Ar, P/N 0300-4040), optics, water cooling fittings, multi-pin connector harness, output attenuator, and tuning optics — making it a potentially valuable source of parts. The laser head cosmetically appears intact with normal age-related wear; the top cover was opened for internal photos so buyers can assess internal component condition.
