The wooden carrying case is intact with its original leather handle, front latch, and lid hinges; the wood shows normal age and light surface wear consistent with vintage field use. The instrument panel is present and intact with both analog meters visible and all rotary controls, toggle switches, and terminal posts in place. The interior calibration card (mounted to the lid) is present and legible. The unit has a worn label/tag on the lower panel face but the Leeds & Northrup nameplate and part number 1138212 are clearly stamped on the chassis.
