The Labtec C-184 (model number CW-184 SEWW) is a closed-back, over-ear headphone set designed for PC and home audio use. Applications
The Labtec C-184 is suited for PC audio monitoring, home listening, and general-purpose stereo or mono playback. The Stereo/Mono switch makes it useful for monitoring mono audio sources — useful for broadcast monitoring, dictation playback, or older mono recordings — without the signal imbalance that can occur when a mono source plays through a stereo headphone set. The dual independent volume controls allow left and right channel levels to be set separately, which is helpful for users with uneven hearing or asymmetric mixing tasks.
