The bond head assembly, servo motors, pneumatic pressure panel, card cage, and integrated CRT monitor/vision system are all present and appear intact. The internal electronics card cage is fully populated. The pneumatic panel shows three pressure gauges (electrode, bond head cooling, and wirefeed) along with a vacuum gauge, all appearing in serviceable condition.
