The Kramer Broadcast FC-4044 is a multistandard composite and S-Video to component video decoder that converts an incoming CV (composite) or Y/C (S-Video) signal into simultaneous component (Y, R-Y, B-Y) and RGBS outputs. Front-panel pushbuttons allow selection of the incoming signal format, outgoing sync format, and video standard, as well as adjustment of the output HUE. Both component and RGBS outputs are active at the same time, making this a flexible tool for mixed-format video environments.

This Kramer Broadcast FC-4044 CV/S-Video to RGB Component Decoder has been visually inspected and appears to be in good used condition. The front panel shows the typical light yellowing and minor scuffing common on older 1U rack equipment of this era. The rear BNC and S-Video connectors appear intact and undamaged.
